My son loves holiday traditions. There’s something about baking and cooking together that feels so bonding and nostalgic. Well, fall is finally here, so bring on the Halloween EVERYTHING! These desserts have become a staple Halloween tradition for as long as my little one keeps devouring them.
Williams Sonoma has a Pumpkin Caramel Quick Bread Mix that is soooo yummy! Combined with this super spooky Nordic Ware Skull Cake pan, we have a winner! These skull cake pans are so fun and make it feel that much more festive.
Not only would I recommend keeping this bread mix on hand, I learned a secret recipe from a Williams Sonoma employee years ago that is absolutely mouth watering! It’s a cookie recipe that you can make out of the quick bread box ingredients. It tastes like fall is just happening in your mouth. So here’s the best secret I have, and now it’s yours.
Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Caramel Quick Bread Cookies
1 box mix
1 1/2 stick butter (yikes but so worth it!)
1 egg
Mix everything together
Roll into loose balls not tight ones
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
It truly doesn’t get more simple than that. The cookies will be soft and chewy will just melt in your mouth.
Nordic Ware is incredibly sturdy and great quality so I added several of my favorites for the season. They’ll last you years and years!
Thanks so much for reading and happy fall! XO
Love Always,
Kimberly
